Booth Reservation Procedures

    1. Please register or email Jason@bitlifesciences.com. We will reply promptly to assist you with your booth application and selection. The earlier you apply and pay for a booth, the earlier it will be assigned.
    2. After completing the Exhibit Contract, please stamp it with an authoritative seal then fax or email it to the organizing committee. Written confirmation will be made by fax (0086-411-84799629)or email when the application is accepted.
    3. Upon confirmation of application acceptance, the exhibition fee should be paid to the organizing committee within 3 business days. Please also fax your remitting bill. The booth will not be reserved until payment has been received.
    4. Deadline for booth application is February 15, 2011
