Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to China for this conference. Please contact your travel agent and/or the Chinese Consulate/Embassy in your country for exact details. Please start your visa application procedures as soon as possible. Visa processing times can vary. Organizing Committee of WCV only provide formal or electronic invitation letter to you but are not responsible for warrantee you get visa to enter China. With the visa application term changes, our meeting organizing committee will not provide visa apply assistance. Although the invitation letter from our committee will be enough for your obtaining a visa, some applicants in different countries may encounter certain limitations.

However, if you require an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference, please write to the organizing secretariat at tom@vaccinecon.com The letter will assist delegates who need to apply for their governments or departments’ permission to attend the conference.
