Booth Reservation Procedures

1. Please register here, or email us: Kelly@genecongress.com. Then we will reply you ASAP to assist you to select a booth in a better     location.
    Booth assignment: The earlier one applies and pays, the earlier this booth will be assigned.
2. After filling the Exhibit Contract, please stamp it with an authoritative seal, then fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee. Written     confirmation will be made by fax or mail when the application is accepted.
3. Upon confirmation, the exhibition cost shall be paid to the Organizing Committee within 3 days. Please also fax your remitting bill     for checking. The booth shall not be reserved without receipt of relevant costs.
4. Deadline for booth application is Nov 15, 2009.

Prepare for the Show
After booth reservation, you need to follow the following steps in time to prepare your booth for showing.

1. Send us the contact details and brief introduction of your company within 200 English words, which we will publish on the official     catalogue for free. Deadline: Oct 30, 2009
2. Prepare the exhibits including your products, brochure, business cards, etc. before Nov 10, 2009
3. About the decoration of your booth: If you have special requirement for your booth, please inform us before Nov 15, 2009!
4. Prepare your VISA to China: You are advised to contact Chinese Embassy first to see how long it will take to get a VISA!
5. Arrange the accommodation: If you would like to book hotel through us, please send email to Kelly@genecongress.com
