All registration requests are reviewed by our team. You will receive an invoice or confirmation via email within 2 business days (please exclude weekends & China Holidays). Please create the ID and password by yourself, and then you can use your User ID and Password to post your title of speech, abstract or biography online and book your hotel, check or modify your registration information. You can print the form, type your info, and then fax the completed form to us, we can help it out manually. Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before Dec 5, 2008 will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before Dec 5, 2008 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before Dec 5, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.
