It is my deep pleasure to invite you to the 2nd Annual Congress of Regenerative Medicine & Stem Cell (RMSC-2009) with the theme of “Open a Whole New World”, which will be held during August 21-23, 2009, Dalian, China. The first RMSC was held in Foshan, Guangdong Province supported by Goshan Government, and following congress is to be organized as the branch meeting of the 4th China Medical Biotech Forum (CMBF) being held as well. This upcoming meeting will surely fulfill its brilliant achievement by synergizing the two renowned societies' experience and potentials.

At least part of the first wave of real healthy life extension therapies seems likely to result from research into stem cells and regenerative medicine. It can revolutionize the ways that we improve the health and quality of life by replacement, repair, maintenance and enhancement of tissue function for either therapeutic or diagnostic applications. All told, these tasks like all great advances in medicine, it is a worthy, noble cause. It is no doubt that these work continues to bring dedication to human healthy world.

The main slogan of this congress is entitled "Open a Whole New World". The program of this meeting will be stimulating with a focus on breaking scientific developments and current issues from foremost opinion leaders. We’re confident that not only outstanding scientific and educational programs, but also an opportunity to enjoy the friendship and expertise of your colleagues will make this a most valuable and memorable meeting for you and your companions.

Biennial China medical Biotech Forum is organized by China Medicinal Biotechnology Association, and co-hosted with Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences, which has been successfully held three times in Beijing, Shanghai and Qingdao. To conceived with the aim of offering a platform for scientific exchange among all those disciplines involved in biotechnology and medicine, the RMSC-2009 will not only provide all participants with resources, information and advice they might need to aid their research, strategic business planning, decision making and future professional developments, but also carry out the exhibition and investment project promotion activities.
