1.Please register here and then email jason@bitlifesciences.com. We will reply promptly to assist you to select an available booth in an ideal location.
Booth assignment: the earlier one applies and pays, the earlier this booth will be assigned.
2. After completing the Exhibit Contract please stamp it with an authoritative seal then fax or email it to the organizing committee. Written confirmation will be made by fax or email when the application is accepted.
3. Upon confirmation, the exhibiton fee will be paid to the organizing committee within 3 business days. Please also fax your remitting bill for checking. The booth will not be reserved until payment has been received.
4. Deadline for booth applications is March 1, 2011
Poster
All participants are eligible to submit a conference poster. The poster sessions allow you an opportunity to display your scientific research projects before your peers, and to exchange opinions with fellow participants. Attendees may view and discuss the posters and leave messages for the authors throughout the conference. The posters will be displayed for the duration of the event, allowing maximum visibility. Posters must relate to the theme of the conference and exhibition and should demonstrate novel science and technologies. Researchers with new results or patents are encouraged to apply. Some individuals will be selected by the organizing committee to give an oral presentation of their poster.
Some posters will be selected to be orally presented during the conference by the organizing committee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before December 20, 2010 will be refunded 50% of the booth price. Cancellations made after January 1, 2011 are not eligible for refunds. The organizing committee will retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages to re-sell or reassign the booth space. |
