Our goal is to help the sustainable development of Protein/Peptide worldwide, and we emphasize free ethic information and legal trade exchanges. We will maintain the fair exchanging platform under strict policy of non-political, non-religious, non-racism and peaceful intellectual communications. Unauthorized Solicitation and unregistered circulation of suspected information is strictly prohibited at this event and failure to comply could result in ending your access privileges.
Security and Foreign Fairs
  For your safety and security, a photo identification, valid visa and industry related business card are required at the conference check-in to complete your registration. Any offensive, insulting languages and illegal behaviors are highly prohibited for all participants to avoid any unwanted liabilities.
Theme and Congress Quality
  Speakers of PEPCON 2010 subjects to change if unexpected conditions happen, but we will try our best to keep good outcome on original proposal. We invite more peers to get involved in refer High Profile scientific and technological speakers. Original data is always welcomed. We hope each year PEPCON will reflect the overall trend of Protein/Peptide field. Meanwhile, we also welcome those renowned academic professors to offer systematic lectures for education purpose to encourage more young generation to fuel our future R & D teams across the world.
Cell Phone and Other Voice Interference Prohibited
  Cell Phones are highly recommended to turned off or set at vibration mode to avoid interrupting speakers and audience attentions.
Audience's Laud conversations during speakers' presentation are not recommended. Please behave at the professional level during your participation at PEPCON. Hot debate are welcome at panel session, round table discussion and social hours.
Conferences Badges
  Conference badges are non-transferable and lost badges will not be replaced without payment of the full conference registration fee.
Media
  Media and Press interview must receive organizing committee and speakers' approval. The media and press may not quote organizers, speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. Media passes do not include access to official social activities organized by PEPCON committee.
Dress Code
  Dress Code to PEPCON and exhibition are in business casual. VIP speakers and Chairs on Opening Ceremony are recommended wear formally.

Payment
  Pre-payment Helps Your Smooth being Part of PEPCON-2010

Since PEPCON 2010 triples oral presentation scale comparing to last annual meeting, we may encounter tremendous space, budgeting and paperwork pressure to justify the speaker qualifications. To enable us not to miss your valuable exposition of your current findings, we do need you provide strong supporting information along with your prepayment for reserve your either speech slot or seats as early as possible. If you decide to join this grand anniversary, you do need to complete your payment for organizing committee to track your participation in the event.
Registration Substitutions/Cancellations
  Cancellations must be made in writing by fax (0086-411-84799629) or email ( Alina@bit-pepcon.com ) before December 15, 2009. A 20% Cancellations Fee applies. No refund will be made after December 15, 2009. But you can roll over your registration fee for next annual congress of PEPCON. Substitutions are welcome at any time. We regret cancellations will not be accepted after that date. However, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your institution at any time. If you plan to send someone representing you, please notify us before deadline of congress proceeding in print. If BIT Life Sciences cancels an event, BIT Life Sciences is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
