According to the news, the formulation of the energy development plan for China’s 12th Five-Year Plan period, led by the National Energy Administration (NEA), will be completed by the end of March as scheduled. The energy development plan will cover the content of wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy, clean coal utilization, coalbed methane, gas hydrate, nuclear energy, intelligent power grid and new vehicle fuels. Industry insiders believe that adjusting the energy structure will be favorable to the development of the new-energy industry, and the industry will experience high-speed development during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Therefore, NEF-2011 will bring together policy-makers, professors, experts and stock holders to discuss the hot issues of policies, market, leading-edge technologies and financing etc about new energy industry.
