There is one main airport in Beijing which is called Beijing Capital International Airport. From anywhere connecting flights can be made at Beijing.
Taxi from the airport to the conference hotel (Continental Grand Hotel):35 minutes. Price can range from USD14 to USD15 before 11:00p.m. (CNY90-100, no tip)
Taxi from the airport to the Vision hotel: 40 minutes. Price can range from USD15 to USD16 before 11:00p.m. (CNY100-110, no tip)

Shuttle Bus Line (No.5): Please take the bus from airport to Zhongguancun and then get off at Asian Games Village (Anhui Bridge). You will see the conference venue after 10 minutes on foot (or by taxi—10RNB, nearly $1.5).
