Zhibin Song, vice-mayor of Dalian, made a speech at the ceremony.He said that, not only would this forum provide Dalian the opportunity to contact with the top scientists "zero distance", but also would help stimulate the development of medical science in China and the extensive exchange among Chinese and foreign scientists specialized in life sciences and IT. |  |
