One speaker or attendee, a student is free of charge for poster submission
All accepted posters will be exhibited at the exhibition hall during all days of the conference. You will be notified if your abstract has been accepted for poster presentation as soon as it has been reviewed by the organizing committee. All accepted posters will be presented at Poster Viewing Session during the conference. The corresponding date & time for different topics will be released 10 days prior to the conference.
Materials to hang your posters with will be available at the poster area. Set up time TBA. You will receive your poster number 2-3 weeks prior to the conference.
Your presence near it, if possible, is kindly requested during lunches and coffee breaks for discussion.
· The regular poster size is 70cm (width) x 90cm (height) · Title in block capitals with initial word · Author (s) and principal affiliations, with the presenting author named first · Abstract text with no more than 500 words · A list of references is optional (no more than 5) · The text must be typed in single line spacing in black using less than 12 pitch characters.
Poster Session
Time: December5-7, 2009
Venue: 1F at Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center, Shanghai, China
All posters must be settled by each participant on the designated exhibition hall on December 5 and removed by December 7, 2009. For identification purpose, a poster code number is required for each presenter. Poster may be viewed during the entire meeting and authors can present during participants' visit. Poster session is divided into the following 6 zones according to different symposiums:
Zone 1= Basic Research of Cardiology
Zone 2=Major Heart Diseases and Clinical Update
Zone 3=Modern Cardiovascular Drug Discovery and Development Zone 4= Cardiovascular Diagnostics, Therapeutics and Clinical Management Zone 5= Interventional Cardiology and Translational Research Zone 6= Cardiac Prevention, Nursing and Risk Management
·All accepted posters will be exhibited at the exhibition hall. ·A 10% commission fee will be charged for the poster materials and installation which has been included in the poster price.
