Cancellations of payment can only be refunded on or before the dead lines below:

September 5, 2009, End date of Conference Registration Cancellation

November 15, 2009, End date of Tour Cancellation

November 20, 2009, End date of Hotel Accommodation Cancellation
20% administration fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.
You can substitute some else to take your place. Please inform the organizing committee if you wish to make such a change.
