Booth Reservation Procedures
1. Please register here or email us: jason@bitlifesciences.com. We will reply promptly to assist you with your booth application and selection. The earlier you apply and pay for a booth, the earlier it will be assigned.
2. After completing the Exhibit Contract, please stamp it with an authoritative seal then fax or email it to the organizing committee. Written confirmation will be made by fax (0086-411-84799629) or email when the application is accepted.
3. Upon confirmation of application acceptance, the exhibition fee should be paid to the organizing committee within 3 business days. Please also fax your remitting bill. The booth will not be reserved until payment has been received.
4. Deadline for booth application is February 15, 2012
Poster
All participants are eligible to submit a poster for the conference. The Poster Sessions offer a unique opportunity to display your research projects before your peers, and to exchange ideas with fellow participants. Attendees may view and discuss the posters and leave messages for the authors. The posters will be displayed for the duration of the event, allowing maximum visibility of your research. Posters must be relevant to the conference and exhibition themes and should illustrate new technologies and ideas. Researchers with new results or patents are encouraged to apply. Some individuals will be selected to give an oral presentation of the content of their poster.
Some posters will be selected to be orally presented during the conference by the organizing committee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before January 15, 2012 will result in forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after this date, the organizing committee of ICA-2012 reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages to cover costs to re-sell or re-assign the booth space. |
