The 6th Annual World Cancer Congress (WCC-2013) was successfully held on May 23-25, 2013 in Xi'an, China, with a theme of A New Era in Cancer Research and Therapy. More than 400 participants from over 40 countries and areas have attended the WCC-2013.

As the keynote speakers, Dr. Jean-Pierre ARMAND, Senior Consultant Advisor, Institute Gustave Roussy, France; Dr. Bruno Osterwalder, Senior Vice President, Senior Strategic Advisor Oncology, Merck Serono Darmstadt, Switzerland; Dr. Yan Sun, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering; Director, National GCP Center for Anticancer Agents, Cancer Hospital/Institute, CAMS &PUMC, China; Dr. Xin-Yuan Liu, Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology; Professor, College of Life Science, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China attended the opening ceremony and the Keynote Forum.

The BIT's 6th Annual World Cancer Congress is a China-based, interactive conference providing practicing oncologists with the latest basic research on cancer pathogen mechanisms, therapeutics development, clinical data, best practices, and new technologies that are directly applicable to the practice of cancer research and therapeutic discovery and development..

As part of the 2013 World Cancer Congress, an exhibition space will provide a unique opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and services to participants with interests in all areas of cancer. Developed to offer comfort to delegates while maximizing exhibitor exposure, the coffee breaks and poster sessions will all take place in the exhibition area promoting frequent and repeated opportunities for delegates to visit the exhibits.
