• Complete and sign the application/ contract.
• Enclose a 50% deposit along with an electronic version of a company description (100 words or less).

World Cancer Congress exhibit Space rental Rates
Floor space rate:
Space Size: 3m x 3m – minimum (6m x 6m maximum).
Corner: Additional $200 USD per corner

2.4m high back-wall drapes
3m high side drapes
One standard booth sign (0.4 m x 3m)
24-hour hall security
One full conference registrations per 9 / m2  (with maximum of 6)

Booth Reduction or Cancellation
Reductions or cancellation of booth space must be made in writing and received by WCC no later than May 15, 2010. Exhibitors reducing booth space by this deadline will receive the appropriate reduction in booth cost/balance due. Exhibitors canceling by this deadline date will receive back all funds paid less a cancellation fee of $300 USD. Exhibitors canceling after May15, 2010 forfeit the full exhibit rental and are responsible for paying the remaining balance in full within 30 days of cancellation.
