Below, please find some helpful information regarding registration and attendance.

WHEN REGISTERING ON-LINE:
You will receive a manual reply from the member of our team representatives. Your registration request is then transmitted to our Customer Relations Team. All registration requests are reviewed by our team. You will receive an invoice or confirmation via email within 2 business days (please exclude weekends & China Holidays). In the interim, please save the copy of your registration for your records. Please creat the ID and passpord by yourself, then you can use your User ID and Password to post your title of speech, abstract or biography online and book your hotel, check or modify your registration information. You also can print the form, type your info, and then fax the completed form to us, we can help it out manually. If you do not receive a confirmation or invoice via email within 2 working days, please contact us at 0086-411-84799479 or annie@bitlifesciences.com

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by fax (0086-411-84799629) or email (annie@bitlifesciences.com ) Cancellations of registration can only be refunded if the cancellation is made on or before January 31, 2008. All refunds after this date up to February 28, 2008 are subject to 30% administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after March 1, 2008 will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Deadline for Hotel cancellation is April 30, 2008. Please inform the World Cancer Congress Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing.
