Cancellations
Cancellations of registration can only be refunded if the cancellation is made on or before January 31, 2008. All refunds after this date up to Februay 28, 2008 are subject to 30% administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after March 1, 2008 will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform the World Cancer Congress Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. Deadline for Hotel cancellation: April 30, 2008 (for the participants who have registered package B-4, the hotel fee will not be refunded). All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing.
