Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before February 28, 2012 will result in forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after this date, the organizing committee of BioSoft-2012 reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages to cover costs to re-sell or re-assign the booth space. |
