Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great honor and pleasure to announce the 8th China International Software & Information Service Fair 2010 (CISIS-2010) will be held during June 17-20, 2010 in Dalian World Expo Centre, China. During the fair, a specially designed "The 2nd Annual World Bio-Soft Forum (BioSoft 2010)" will be presented during June 23-25, 2010. You are welcome to give a speech at this forum.

CISIS is the only national level software fair approved by the State Council of P. R. China. As the annual global software event, CISIS was successfully held for 7 times and gained high degree of recognition and concern from domestic and foreign governments, enterprises, R & D institutions and the media, thus become the largest software exhibition with the highest level and best response. CISIS 2010 focuses on the world financial crisis on domestic and foreign software and information service industries, based on the context of the vitality and potential for industrial development, and invite the central government, various ministries hosted the leadership of IT departments in charge of various regions as well as the IT industry elites to be gathered to discuss the crisis of industrial development.

Recently, Bio-Soft has shown significant growth in both IT and Life sciences Sectors, Bio-Soft has been widely used in programs for data analysis, graph plotting, statistics, densitometry, dose-effect analysis, assays, curve-fitting, enzyme kinetics, teaching and more. With the fast development of life sciences, Bio-soft will definitely be the most promising industry. The symposium will be designed to offer a unique opportunity not only to take a critical examination of the milestone achievements in Bio-Soft but more significantly, to discuss how Bio-Soft can contribute more to the fight against financial crisis and explore possibilities for traditional IT companies to enter into a new area. The program will feature contributions from both academic and industrial sides, and will provide a platform for representatives to predict the future trend of Bio-Soft from all over the world.

We are confident that this forum will bring together scientists, engineers, business leaders and government officials to foster and enhance collaborative contacts, and to exchange information in the many interdisciplinary areas of Bio-Soft. We look forward to welcoming you to Dalian in June 2010!
