Cancellation Policy
Cancellations postmarked by July15, 2010 will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after July15, 2010, the organizing committee of the 1st World Congress of Virus and Infections-2010 reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages and to re-sell or re-assign the booth space.
