The 2nd World Vaccine Congress (WCV) 2010 will be held in Beijing International Convention Center (BICC) which is located in No.8 Beichendong Road Chaoyang District, within the magnificent Asian Games Village. The main building faces the Huibin House on the north, the opposite is The National Olympic Sports Center, the east is Dongpei House and Youlian House and the other side is easy to reach the Beichendong Road. The BICC is 9 km from Tian'anmen Square, and 11 km from the Beijing Railway Station, 20 Km to the west of Summer Palance, 25 Km to Beijing International Airport, It is a key member of the Bei-jing North Star Industrial Group (BNSIG). |

Beijing International Convention Center, with a floor space of 77,000 square meters, consists of the Conference Building, the Chenxin House, the Chenyun House and the East Annex to the Conference Building. It is one of the Chinese biggest facilities specifically designed for conferences and exhibitions, comprising 50 conference halls and meeting rooms equipped to serve a wide variety of purposes with the capacity from 10 up to 2500 people, as well as indoor exhibition halls accommodated as many as 300 international standard exhibition booths and dozens of offices. The Conference Building also has a business center, an audiovisual studio, a post office, an information counter, spacious registration hall, public and VIP lounges and bars located on each floor. The halls are equipped with international-advanced simultaneous interpretation system, first-rate acoustic apparatus, a live TV relay system, inside and outside communication system, video conference system, etc. |
