A chairman's role is to make opening remarks at the beginning of each session, introduce each speaker, and keep speeches going on schedule, responsible for fair timing and lead the discussion within the speech timeframe. Chairman will be asked to make announcements to delegates and they remain on/near the stage. S/He is also responsible to help the organizing committee to announce any changes during the congress to make sure all activities moving in smooth direction.
Session Speakers
Individual speakers are required to give a presentation with slides (20-25 minutes). They will be introduced by the chairman and then allowed to speak, being free from interruption, for the allocated time slot.
