Presentation Information- Please follow the guidelines below to assist you in preparing your Abstract and Biography to be published on the proceeding of WCV-2008.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines- Resubmit your abstract ONLY if you need to make changes. Otherwise the original abstract you submitted will be posted on WCV-2008 website and printed in the Congress booklet. You can edit your abstract by downloading the Sample Abstract and Biography as your reference from presenter in the previous WCV congress

Platform Manuscript Guidelines- Visual Aid and presentation format recommendations

We are requesting that the Session Chair play an active role in organizing the sessions. They will be contacting you prior to the Congress regarding your oral presentation and we will need a half-page biography (less than or equal to 250 words) for the Chair or Co-chair of your session to introduce you.

Abstract and biography on one page are due September 30, 2008, but you are encouraged to submit it as early as possible.

Biography Preparation Guidelines: Avoid using CV format or chronicle method to write your biography. You should write as brief as possible so that the session chair can introduce you based upon your submitted biography to the audience. The Sample Abstract and Biography will help you to edit your biography to meet the editing requirement for the congress proceedings. Please don't include any chart, table or references in your abstract and biography unless you are going to submit paper to be published on the meeting book.

Poster Preparation Guidelines- Visual aid recommendations, you are allowed to publish one page abstract for your poster if it is accepted.
