Q: I registered on-line -- how do I get a receipt and confirmation?

Q: Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
A: We strongly discourage "walking in" as you will not be guaranteed materials or seating. It is best to register in advance.

Q: How do I register a Group?
A: Registration for a Delegation/team to PepCon 2009 can enjoy high discount rate on standard registration fees. events offers competitive discounted rates for groups as small as 3 colleagues or more attendees from the same company and they must be registered at the same time. Q: When do I receive my badge?
A: Badges will be given to all attendees on-site.
Q: I registered and now need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing by fax (0086-411-84799629) or email (emily@bit-pepcon.com) before January 31, 2009. A 20% Cancellations Fee applies. No refund will be made after January 31, 2009. But you can roll over your registration fee for next annual congress of PepCon. Substitutions are welcome at any time. We regret cancellations will not be accepted after that date. However, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your institution at any time. If you plan to send someone representing you, please notify us before deadline of congress proceeding in print. If BIT Life Sciences cancels an event, BIT Life Sciences is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers subject to change without notice.
