Cancellations

Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.However, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform the World Cancer Conference Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. Deadline for Hotel cancellation: April 20, 2010 (for the participants who have registered package A, the hotel fee will not be refunded). All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing E-mail nancy@cancercon.com.
