Cancellations
Cancellations of registration can only be refunded if the cancellation is made on or before November 30, 2009. All refunds after this date up to January 15, 2010 are subject to 30% administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after January 15, 2010 will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform the Breast Cancer Conference Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. Deadline for Hotel cancellation: March 1, 2010 (for the participants who have registered package B, the hotel fee will not be refunded). All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing via Fax 0086-411-84799479 or via E-mail Cathy@cancercon.com.
